How does a launch happen?
Mission
05
For your launch to happen, we have to follow a few simple steps:
We will work through the mission plan with your team, help plan your science research program (if it's a science mission), help select the payload and platform requirements, etc.
The right platform is selected. We work with several types of platforms, depending on payload mass: 1) 0-1 kg; 2) 1-10 kg; 3) 10 kg+
We then adapt the platform to meet your mission requirements
We build the platform for your mission
We integrate necessary flight hardware into the platform
We define the flight area, the launch and landing sites
We obtain all necessary authority approvals for the flight
We set launch date and backup launch dates
We launch! After the platform lands, we search and rescue the platform with the payload
